In response to the Ohio “stay at home” order, Thirtyseven4 wishes to update its customers on the measures we have implemented to ensure your continued Thirtyseven4 Protection and Service. Thirtyseven4 would not exist without our valued customers and we are making every effort to serve you with the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction, even during this uncertain and unprecedented time.
Beginning on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, Ohio Health Director Amy Acton and Lt. Gov. Jon Husted issued a “stay at home” order which mandates that all Ohioans stay in their homes for all but essential outings and this order also closes down non-essential businesses. As an Ohio company, the “stay-at-home” order directly impacts and applies to Thirtyseven4.
In obedience with the State-directives, Thirtyseven4 has implemented work-from-home initiatives with its employees including our ThreatLab Staff, and Support Staff who will be working around the clock to ensure that Thirtyseven4 updates and Support will continue to be released daily to cover and proactively protect against the latest malware, virus and unknown threats.
Due to this unprecedented order, Thirtyseven4 will be shifting all phone support to our Email Ticketing System until the “stay at home” order has been lifted.
