            Question.) What versions of Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security are supported by Windows 10 19h1?

            Answer.) Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security 7.0 and above are compatible with the Windows 10 19h1 update. Prior to upgrading to Windows 10 19h1, ensure your clients are running our latest Virus Definition Dates and reboot the system to ensure all updates are fully applied.

Users running Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security Console 6.4 and below will need to upgrade to our latest version in order to update to Windows 10 19h1.

 

Question.)  When does support for Windows 10 19h1 begin?

Answer.) All users who are running the Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security Console 7.0 and above already have compatibility with Windows 10 19h1. Refer to the Scenario chart for details on the supported methods for incorporating Windows 10 19h1 into your network with Thirtyseven4.

 

Question.) Is a “Clean” installation supported on Windows 10 19h1?

Answer.) Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security 7.2 and above can be cleanly installed to Windows 10 19h1.

Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security 7.0 cannot be deployed to Windows 10 19h1 and will need to be installed prior to upgrading the operating system to Windows 10 19h1.

 

Question.) Does Thirtyseven4 support operating system upgrades to Windows 10 19h1?

Answer.) Yes, a Windows 10 device with Thirtyseven4 already installed can be upgraded to the new Windows 10 19h1 update. However, ensure your device is running the most current Virus Database Dates otherwise, there can be inconsistent behavior from Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security or the system.

            Answer.)

  • Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security version 7.0 and below are not supported on Windows 10 19h1 for a clean install.
  • Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security 7.0 & above with the latest Virus Definition Dates support operating system upgrades to Windows 10 19h1.
  • Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security Client running on systems with Windows 10 RS5 or lower must take the latest updates and then proceed to the Windows upgrade to Windows 10 19h1. Failing to do so will result in inconsistent behavior of Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security or the system.
  • DNA Scan warnings may appear during a fresh installation of Endpoint Security 7.2 Clients on Windows 10 19h1 for Endpoint Security Client Antivirus builds older than 10.3.1.6 released on March 6, 2019. Once Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security is updated with the latest Virus Definition Dates, no further DNA Scan warnings shall appear.
  • Fresh installations and upgrades to Windows 10 19h1 are not supported by Thirtyseven4 Endpoint Security 6.4 and below.
