New Service Pack Released for Admin Console 4.5 & Admin Console 4.6

Please take the following steps to apply the new Admin Console Service Pack once the Update Manager downloads the service pack:

1.  Open the Thirtyseven4 Admin Console webpage
2.  On the Summary page, click the 'New Service pack is available' link under the Thirtyseven4 Admin Console Status table. It will open the 'Service Pack Instructions' page.
3.  Follow the steps on the 'Service Pack Instructions' page to apply the Service Pack.

SHIRTS OFF YOUR BACK

A special thanks to those Thirtyseven4 employee’s who volunteered their time to help out with this year’s “shirt off my back” campaign organized by Medina Connection Church. The “shirt off my back” campaign was created to provide warm clothing for the homeless, and this year after receiving a lot of donated clothes, we loaded the Thirtyseven4 van (and other vehicles) with hundreds of bags of clothing and headed to downtown Cleveland. Once downtown all the volunteers walked the streets looking for anyone who may need a bag of warm clothing. All the remaining clothes were dropped off to the homeless shelters downtown. Being personally involved and meeting many wonderful people, I feel the campaign was a great success.

NEW THIRTYSEVEN4 PRODUCTS RELEASED

I am proud to officially announce the releases of Thirtyseven4 Antivirus 2012 and Thirtyseven4 Mobile Security (TS4Android v.2).

Thirtyseven4 Antivirus 2012:
Thirtyseven4 Antivirus 2012 expands upon our industry leading technologies.  For example, in this version of Thirtyseven4, we’ve enhanced our Browser Protection module to incorporate advanced cloud-based services and technologies. Users of Thirtyseven4 Antivirus 2012 are now daily being protected against hundreds of thousands of malicious ip addresses and domains “on-the-fly”.  Thirtyseven4’s Cloud-based Browser Protection Services are providing our valued users the highest level of web security available.

Thirtyseven4 Mobile Security (TS4Android v2):
With this new upgrade to our TS4Android app, users will now have an option to hide the Thirtyseven4 icon in their devices notification bar. The new icon setting is available from:
Menu -> settings -> general settings -> Notification Icon Settings

Existing TS4Android users looking to upgrade to this version can do so by closely following the steps below:

1. Open Thirtyseven4 Mobile Security (existing version).
2. Go to Menu >Help > Deactivation.
3. Tap Next button.
4. Tap Deactivate. (Thirtyseven4 Mobile Security will be deactivated and it will ask for the uninstall of Thirtyseven4 Mobile Security).
5. Continue with the uninstall.
6. After a successful uninstall, install the new version of Thirtyseven4 Mobile Security.

7. While activating, it is essential to provide the same mobile number that was used when activation was done the first time with the old version.

A big thanks to all those who made their way to our booth and for your interest in Thirtyseven4 Antivirus.  I had the opportunity to be personally present at this years conference and it was great to meet all our Virginia customers and friends.  On a side note- Hotel Roanoke easily served up the best food of any conference / tradeshow I’ve ever been to.
